Design concept: The bungalow design tells a story of nature. The exposed brick walls blending with the concrete grey texture, is totally designed in minimal yet modern design style. Plantation, trees, textures and natural light entering through the wide windows brings in calmness and a feel of stability.
Design brief: We believe a home should feel as authentic as the life lived within it. This residence celebrates natural materials — the timeless warmth of exposed brick, the raw elegance of concrete textures, and the subtle charm of earthy finishes. Every wall tells a story: the brickwork adds a rustic character, while the concrete surfaces create a modern yet grounded aesthetic. Natural light flows through open spaces, enhancing the textures and tones to create an atmosphere of calm, connection, and sustainability.
The existing tree is creatively incorporated as an element of design. Cutting through the slab ,It enters the master bedroom balcony, creating a natural, peaceful and sustainable feel of space.
This design is not just about architecture; it’s about crafting spaces that blend durability, minimalism, and nature’s honesty—a true reflection of understated luxury.
